The staff was genuinely friendly y'know, even went outta their way to help us out when we needed a few extra towels after that leaky shower incident. When we checked out, they handed us some goodies, which was a nice touch right before hitting the road again.

It wasn't exactly pocket change, but what we got was still acceptable for a quick night’s rest.

During my stay, I loved how conveniently close the hotel was to both Jackson Square and Lafayette Square, making it perfect for leisurely strolls through beautiful greens and historic sites, and the staff's friendliness made the experience even better as they were always there to greet me with a smile.

Not what I expected

The place needs a serious clean-up. I was shocked to find a used condom under the bed when packing up. Breakfast was standard, but let's be real, you might wanna grab snacks from Walgreens instead. The elevators felt kinda sketchy too. On the bright side, the picnic area was nice for hanging out, but I ain't coming back here.

Our stay was highlight by the exceptional service from Michelle at reception, who helped with local restaurant recommendations and gave us directions to places like the Superdome and Harrah's Casino, all conveniently within 6 blocks. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating.

My kids wished for a more spacious and comfortable bathroom. The setup was cramped, making it a challenge for family bathroom routines. A more family-friendly bathroom layout would really enhance the experience.

The room was a decent size and comfortable and I really enjoyed the large selection of breakfast options including bacon eggs and fruit also had plenty of toiletries like shampoo conditioner and lotion that was very nice when you're traveling

An impressive stay with friendly staff and a complimentary breakfast that exceeded expectations. The location is ideal for accessing major attractions with ease. Unfortunately, there were significant issues with the parking situation, as I was forced to find alternative parking further away, and the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, including makeup stains on the pillows.

This hotel perfectly suits my needs with great wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with restaurant recommendations during my first stay, which I still appreciate. Highly recommended for a relaxing escape!
